Sunroof seals will eventually deteriorate. They may look fine but they will crack and desintegrate with time and unfortunately it is not always obvious.
This Genuine BMW set includes:
-Long Felt Seal in gray that glues to the front and sides of the roof opening.
-Short Felt Seal in gray that glues to the back of the sunroof panel.
-Rubber Seal that glues to the shelf on the rear of the sunroof panel.
Remember to glue the felt seals so their top is slightly lower than your roof. Then you can wash and wax and wipe the roof without damaging the very top of the seals.
